Unfriendly, uncaring service by the Doctor. Felt like I was just a number and that’s he was reading from a script. The least thorough examination I’ve ever had. The nurse who helped him was very good and told me blood pressure was high and that the doctor would talk to me about it which he did not. I had to go home and google that I was in the range for hypertension.

I showed up about 40 minutes early to my scheduled appt thinking there would be a wait… but no! I was seated in the exam room and talking to Dr. Tafreshi by 8:05am/8:10am. The nurse who drew blood was so friendly and gentle. HIGHLY recommend! It made the doctor experience very smooth and reassuring.

My visit today to see Dr. Saeid Tafreshi was refreshing and heartwarming. I have spend almost one year looking for an experienced doctor. I selected him based on reviews on Zocdoc. I am thankful that my first visit was amazing. The staff was welcoming and polite and they were prepared for me. The medical assistant was very pleasant and performed her task efficiently and effective. She explained what she was about to do and made me feel comfortable. When she left the room, within 2 minutes Dr. Tafreshi came in. He was jovial and pleasant. I told him I had done some research on him and he smile and said he we reading up on me too. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my visit. The doctor is a good communicator. He listens keenly and engaged me in conversation to learn about any concerns I had for my health. The examination was thorough and I left the office knowing that I had found a very experienced doctor who is interested in my health and well-being.

Ive never had such a fast experience at the doctor. I typically play a couple games of chess in the waiting room or before the doctor sees me but I had to forfeit all of them. The doctor was knowledgeable and could probably beat me if I had to guess. (I’m a 1600 and welcome to challenges ;)
