I saw Dr. Thompson for 15 minutes after booking on ZocDoc (which said she was in-network). She was very friendly! But turns out she was not taking my insurance at the time. Two months later, I received an outrageous bill for this consultation, billing me for services: examination and 44 minutes. At the end we disputed this down slightly. This situation was explained to her and she felt absolutely no sympathy, calling this services for plainly talking to me during a consultation. There was no examination done, and in the 15 minutes, I did most of the talking about my acid reflux. My apologies, but the situation appeared unreasonable and unfair.

Kayla was great with check - in and vitals, she's so friendly and puts you at ease right away. Dr. Thompson was wonderful as well and incredibly thorough - I can't recommend this practice highly enough, especially for those who might be nervous about doctor's visits.

Dr. Thompson was amazing! She diagnosed my issue immediately, reassured me it was nothing serious and put me at ease. I was the last patient of the day and I never felt rushed. The office space is also brand new and it was so clean. Needless to say I have found my new primary doctor!

Absolutely wonderful. Dr. Thompson was so kind and courteous. I hadn't seen a doctor in years and trying to get to see one took a while or not accepting new patient. Dr. Thompsons office accepted and best experience I've encountered. You will not be diappointed in service or care under her!

My visit was very welcoming. I was experiencing minor symptoms of a cold. dr. Thompson greeted me with a smile and made me feel comfortable. She took the time to get to know me while diagnosing me. I would highly recommend anyone to see her. Great experience overall
