The environment was clean and organized. Dr Salil was responsive and knowledgeable... and took time to do x-rays to have a better understanding of my needs to provide suggestions and next steps.

Dr Gupta always treat me with respect, offer solutions and explains the condition of my injury... he’s a professional doctor and is very concerned about my treatment... only thing when his staff reach out to me they should have mentioned that. His office change from the 2 nd floor to the 1st floor at the queens location... otherwise, I have no other complaints.. excellent doctor to work with as a patient..

Despite being busy, he took the time to listen when explaining the problem, instead of interrupting to diagnose without understanding as many others do. Because of this, I didn't mind the intermittent waiting, since I assume he was talking with other patients.

Dr Gupta is the best! Even though surgery is no one's favorite thing, Dr. Gupta put me so at ease, answered every question, and was extremely human (a rarity among doctors). He is also an excellent doctor- he performed my firsthand surgery and the recovery was easy and a few months later it was like nothing had ever happened. When my other hand had issues I didn't have a single reservation about returning to Dr. Gupta. His office is busy but because he does not rush through patients and is such a great doctor, waiting is a small price to pay

Really appreciated my appointment with Dr. Gupta, he seemed to be very knowledgable and honest. My only real complaint is that it seems like this office overbooks and tries to squeeze in as many appointments every single day as possible. Soduring your visits you can feel rushed, and often there are long wait times.

My appointment was at 4:30 in the queens office. When I arrived I was told the doctor had a family emergency and wasn't seeing patients and that all his patients were called that morning to reschedule but somehow I was nevercontacted and the best they could do was reschedule for 8 days later in the manhatten office. After speaking with the office manager they gave me a 1pm the next day into manhatten office. On the train ride to the office I get called telling me my appointment was pushed back to after 2pm. Finally was able to see the doctor who was great. When leaving the office I ask for my ID back that they requested when I got there to make a copy and the receptionist tells me they don't have it so they either lost my ID or gave it to another patient an d are telling me that I must have lost it I never gave it to her. Sad a good doctor has such bad office staff.

Dr. Gupta and staff are all top-notch, but the 1+ hour wait was a real bummer. Not made better by the two voicemails and emails (some from Zocdoc, to be fair) reminding me to fill out paperwork before the appointment andmake sure to be on time. Things can get behind, of course, and it's no one's fault, but some kind of indication of the degree of lateness from the desk staff would've helped the situation. I honestly would have just rescheduled if I'd know. Dr. Gupta apologized a couple of times and sped the appointment along once I was in, which was gracious and appreciated. This was probably a post-holiday one-off. I'll be returning for sure.

Give yourself more time for his appointment and be prepare to wait for more than 2 hours . I took a nap at the waiting room because that's really too much of a wait. What's the point of making appointment ifwe still have to wait that long ? His bedside manner was good except that he was in a little hurry. So far I trust his diagnosis. I won't know completely till the next follow-up.
