The doctor is great and knows what he is doing but the wait time is the worst i ever been. Its as bad as waiting in the hospital emergency room. if you plan to schedule an appointment just be prepared to wait minimum an hour because you will never be seen at the time of your appointment.

I was 15 minutes late, however there was a considerable wait time more than 30 minutes. The people were pretty much friebdly and professional.

I attended Dr Lenzo with a thumb sprain after being advised to see a specialist by my primary care doctor. My injury was relatively minor but didn't seem to be resolving after about 5 weeks. I had a (second) x-ray, then Dr Lenzo saw me, examined my thumb very quickly and confirmed the diagnosis. He then said they'd get me sorted with a nice splint which I'd wear for 4-6 weeks. I got swept along and stupidly didn't think to ask about the cost. I wish I had, because afterwards I found that the splint (which was moulded by a very nice lady) cost a crazy sum, which I had to pay in full out of pocket as I hadn't hit my deductible. There's no way it was worth that. It was decent, but not many orders of times better than an off the shelf splint I could have picked up for a fraction of th cost. I would have chosen the latter. The fee for the doctor's visit was high. The bill has hit me hard financially and I would have appreciated an up front discussion of the cost before being ushered quickly along to get the in-house splint, which must make the doctor an absolute killing. I know it's my fault for not asking, but still, it feels somewhat unethical for the doctor not to raise any kind of flag about the cost of his own volition. I'd therefore encourage future patients to ask about the specifics of the costs while in the office, *before* committing, as at least in my experience this important info will not be volunteered. I emailed the office afterwards querying the cost, but received no response, although the check I sent was cashed very speedily. Sadly the overwhelming impression I came away with was that, at least for my type of injury, this is a moneymaking production line, rather than a truly caring medical team.

Excellent doctor.

The appointment felt pointless, he was rushing and didn’t seem to help what was wrong. Still in pain till date, a self diagnosis was probably more ideal than going there.

Dr. Salvatore was very knowledgeable and personable in explaining my concern. He shared a personal story to humanize the experience. I felt comfortable and would gladly come back again. Need more Dr.'s like him around.

At first Ibvbwas impressed how he started treating the ganglion cyst right away poking and prodding a large needle at it. After all that pain the next day the cyst was still in my finger. No I would not go to this doctor again for he mistreated me as a patient.
