About Dr. Samantha Winerman
Dr. Samantha Winerman has been practicing in the Chicagoland area since 2012 and joined our group in 2020. She is dual certified in Podiatric Medicine (ABPM) and Podiatric Surgery (ABFAS). Although Dr. Winerman does not limit what she treats within podiatry, she specializes in wound care, surgery, and sports medicine.
Dr. Winerman attended Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, where she double majored in Chemistry and Economics. She then pursued her passion for medicine by earning her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine, graduating in 2012. Following this, she completed a three-year residency in Foot and Ankle Surgery at Loyola University Medical Center.
After her residency at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Dr. Winerman entered private practice in Evanston and Downtown Chicago before joining our group in January 2020.
When not at work, Dr. Winerman loves spending time with her family. They enjoy exploring new areas, and you can often find them walking around town with their dog. She also enjoys traveling, cooking, and design.

Dr. Winerman was a friendly and approachable provider for my intake appointment. She listened to what I mentioned and encouraged questions to be asked. However, from having a history of foot and ankle issues, I felt like a more thorough exam could have been done, especially as a new patient. Will try for a follow-up after trying initial treatment.

Everyone at the office was very nice and professional. The doctor took time to show me my X-ray and explain what was happening with the pain in my foot. Overall very pleasant visit.

Both the doctor and helper were wonderful. Got me in and out and diagnosed right away which I really appreciate. Dr. Winerman knew exactly what to look for and answered all of my questions.
Only complaint is how they dealt with the bill. I have a copay, but since I met the out of pocket max for the year, I should not have had to pay it. They said I won’t be refunded for 2-3 months which is crazy. They make you pay the copay on the day of appointment no matter what, which is not what I have experienced anywhere else.
