Loved the visit but I don’t like that I cannot reach anyone by phone EVER. Everything is done by the app and sometimes I have difficulty using the app or it’s not working and can’t reach someone to help me.

The wait time was a bit longer just because I was a new patient and had to fill paperwork. Once I finished I didn’t wait more than 15 min nor in the room did I wait more than 10 min for the PAC to see me. She was amazing! I never go to a doctor’s office because I never feel at ease, but she definitely made me feel at ease and comfortable. She answered all my questions and didn’t make me feel in a rush. I highly recommend her!

Very nice staff- fast and easy!! Not a long wait, not a lot of people. Took about 45 min in total and that includes me feeling out new patient paperwork. Would recommend and will be returning!

The wait time was actually pretty short but I did not have a good experience. She did not address most of my concerns and it felt like she basically did not know what to say so she ignore them. When i asked for an specific test, she declined and basically said that it wasn’t necessary. I got no medicine for the main issue I came in for and for the other issue they diagnosed it without even doing anything or barely asking me anything about it.

Although the time was very quick, I don't feel that the doctor took a great deal of time getting to know me any more than what was on the paper in front of me. I just wasn't aware of the process or next steps. Just wasn't a good fit for me.
