I feel so grateful to have found this NP. She was competent and clear about expectations for treatment, but also incredibly kind and understanding. I felt heard and respected and I'm already feeling better. Can't recommend this provider and her office enough.

Sandy is incredible, and is always so attentive when it comes to my needs as a patient. I’ve come in for a multitude of reasons and she somehow/some way she always makes sure my needs are met every time. She really listens to your concerns, and does everything in her power to make sure you’re taken care of! Choosing this provider has changed my life, and my experience with doctors in general. I’m so thankful for this office! :-)

Every time I walk into the office I love the upgraded by the same people that have worked there. Once there you wait just a brief moment and they get you right back. Every step of the way when you are in contact with somebody you feel as if they are truly listening to you and building a rapport. People make great eye contact, listen well and try to communicate as best as I can and it makes you feel taken care of. I hate having blood drawn and they make it a painless experience when necessary. They are very clear and concise with their communication and I really appreciate and love how they explain how things work and what exactly they mean and they do it in a way that's not condescending or might make anyone feel bad. Very great team!

I felt seen and was treated like a normal human. Not just another Medicaid patient. Honestly the best care I’ve received by any Dr in any field. It’s very hard to come by. I was so comfortable with her. My fiancé was even impressed, he booked an appointment with her as well! I appreciate her attentiveness, and being very thorough. Would recommend her to anyone and everyone.

I’ve had a lot of bad experiences with doctors, but Dr. Ziegler has been nothing but supportive and listened to everything that I express, and she has had great recommendations for specialist that I needed.

Dr. Sandy is probably the best primary doctor I've seen yet- so far. Establishing with a new doctor is always terrifying because I'm scared that I'll get someone who is weight-biased. Dr. Sandy did not push my weight as a topic and only mentioned it when pertinent and then moved on, or if I talked about it. Additionally, she took my concerns seriously and ran the necessary tests based on what I told her I felt, not just what she thought should be run, (if that makes any sense). She then pointed me in the direction I needed for help. Last, she made sure I scheduled a follow-up visit, (I even had the choice to do it by phone or in person), so that I knew exactly what my blood work said. Turns out, I have a deficiency that may have been affecting my life for the past 10 years, that no doctor has bothered to talk to me about. She then started me on treatment right away. I'm very excited to finally felt heard for the first time, in what feels like ever! Front staff was fantastic as well!

This was a great experience. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. NP Ziegler is amazing. She’s a great listener and took the time to communicate and elaborate with us about each concern. She made sure that my mother knew each procedure that was going happen so that she was comfortable with the process. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Had to get some blood work done and have a big fear of it, I had a bit of an anxiety attack after it was done, and they were quick to take care of me. They turned a heater on, got me some water AND Gatorade, even some crackers. They let me rest till I was feeling ready to go which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a comfortable experience!

Sandy Z. Was one of the best providers I’ve seen. She listened carefully and was very attentive and I felt heard. She validated my feelings and gave me the referrals I needed without hesitation.
My only suggestion would be that the front office work on being more professional. I wasn’t personally offended but I could see how others may have been. I could hear their very loud personal conversations and they were even using expletives. They also had their phone out and were clearly distracted from their job because of it. Perhaps just a reminder to be a little more friendly and aware of what they say in front of patients or nearby.

The entire staff is so friendly and professional. I never feel rushed and it’s a refreshing change to not be gaslit by the providers there, especially Sandra Zeigler, as my PCP. They’ve always taken me seriously when I talk about issues I’m having and do everything they can to help me resolve them. It’s been truly wonderful working with every single person in that office.

I really liked Ms. Zeigler. She was very interested in learning more about me and why I was seeing her that day. She was very thorough and covered all my health concerns by way of arranging referrals and my recovering health records. I appreciated that she spent at least 45 minutes with me. Also, I was pleased to have my labs done immediately following, in the same exam room! It was overall and excellent experience.
