Dr. Sang Il Lee is a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine physician providing comprehensive, patient-centered care to the Long Island community.
He earned his medical degree from the American University of Antigua College of Medicine after completing a Philosophy degree at Boston College—an experience that continues to shape his thoughtful and holistic approach to medicine.
Dr. Lee completed his Family Medicine residency at St. Joseph’s Medical Center in Yonkers, NY, where he served as Chief Resident. This leadership role helped him grow not only as a skilled clinician but also as a team leader in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
With experience spanning both urgent care and chronic disease management, Dr. Lee is adept at addressing a wide range of healthcare needs—from acute illnesses to long-term health challenges. He is committed to staying abreast of the latest advancements in medicine and continuously integrates new knowledge to provide the most effective and up-to-date care. Above all, Dr. Lee believes in the power of listening intently to his patients. He ensures that their concerns are heard, understood, and thoughtfully addressed—forming the foundation of truly personalized treatment plans.
