Dr. S. Lakhanpal is the founder of Center for Vascular Medicine. He has been in practice for over 25 years and leads the Greenbelt location at Center for Vascular Medicine. Dr. Lakhanpal did his initial medical training at Amritsar Medical College and continued his training at the Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research in Chandigarh. He subsequently completed a General Surgery Residency at the University of Nevada and Cardiovascular Surgery Fellowship from the University of Minnesota. Dr. Lakhanpal has also been published in several medical and research journals. In his free time, he enjoys riding his bike and traveling overseas.
