Verified Patient Reviews
Dr. Polepalle saw me right away. He was polite and professional with great bedside manners. He actually took the time to hear my concerns and was very receptive throughout the exam. I look forward to continuing my health care with him.
The visit was very professional, the staff is friendly and well trained and I would recommend this office.
Great experience. Dr. Polepalle is very understanding and easy to talk to. His staff was efficient and polite.
The doctor seemed concerned ,well informed , and explained everything very well. The only problem is I felt a little rushed.
Dr. Polepalle is a very friendly and understanding physician who is genuine and eager to help you with your problem, whatever that may be. I highly recommend him and his services.
The doctor was very knowledgeable and patient. He answered all my questions before I got to ask them. The front desk personnel were very helpful. I didn't even feel a pinch when they took my blood. I would definitely recommend this office ????????????.
Dr. Polepalle is a smart, very personable and courteous guy. Compared to other doctors I've seen, he comes off as the most attentive.
Very professional and attentive. Provided follow up through patient care application which was a plus to keep in touch.
Very knowlegeable and discussed all possible options.
The visit was awesome. As soon as I came in, I checked in. 5 minutes later I was called in. Doctor took a look at me, examined me and was able to pinpoint root cause of my problem.
Doctor Polepalle and his staff were wonderful. The cleanliness of the office seemed concerning, specifically the storage room that was used to have blood drawn. It could not have been sterile in there. Time management was also a big issue. Being seen 90 minutes after my schedule appointment made me very late for work.
The visit was great but they have change their location without notifying me.
He and his staff were fantastic, and never once made me feel awkward or uncomfortable. There is a caucasian/Asian woman there who has a poor bedside manner- she enters the room and never speaks, she called my name to come back and never said hello or anything- she just walked me to the hallway of my room and someone else had to direct me to the room I was to be seen in. However Dr. Polepalle and the males on his staff were terrific.
As always very professional, friendly and caring
Great doctor! Very comprehensive in his exams and caring
Nice people friendly Doctor and the sttaf to.
Dr. Polepalle was very friendly and made me feel comfortable, he seemed genuinely concerned for my health! His staff was also very helpful however the front desk girls were a little bit nasty almost made me change my mind.
He was really pleasant. Answered all my questions. I like that the office had tablets to enter your info. Saves paper, environmentally friendly.
There were many patients in the waiting area. While it is certain this this doctor is quite popular, i only spent twenty mins in the waiting room and over half hour in with the doctor . He listened to me and this is very important when seeing any provider. I liked him and i will visit him again .
The office was not very pleasant looking but way better then most offices i've visited in the Bronx. The doctor was very nice and his staff were very friendly. I guess this makes up for the looks of the office. I will certainly be back .
He was great! Sincerely cared about my problem, explained everything, and answered all my questions! Highly recommend !
Great doctor, understanding. He actually listens to you. A
I was glad that I saw him. He seemed to be very concerned about my care. He performed a few tests and ordered a couple more. He seems dedicated to get to the root of my problem. However I did not like his assistants at all. They seem to enjoy seeing someone with their pants down!!!!!
This office needs a professional manager and a re-design. While the doctor is cordial and efficient, he is surrounded by unprofessional staff and messy surroundings. It does little to inspire confidence in the patient.
i waited a long time to see him. However, he pin pointed my problem and diagnosed the issue. Great doctor
The visit went well, the dr was very professional and explained everything in detail.
Happy with my visit very professional
Very polite and helpful..
He is a good doctor as soon as you tell him your problem he analyzes it and tells you your options on how to proceed to take care of the problem
Great Doctor. Very helpfull, very patient, very clean, speaks spanish fluently & answered all my questions. Made me feel comfortable, very relaxed. Did not have to wait. I recomend this Doctor.
The overall experience was a bit questionable DR.Polepalle was very nice and helpful BUT his staff needs a few courses on how to act in there work place not just hanging out in the hall way talking about social media..again the doctor and his assistant were very helpful and provided answers to all the questions I asked
Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable
Felt very comfortable with his approach. I would recommend this doctor to anyone.
Great care of his patients
No privacy !!!!!!
Pense que seria difisil comunicarse con el Pero fue de lo Mas facil .. Las personas muy amables
I was very pleased.
With the exception of the waiting to be seen, the overall experience was quite exceptional.
It was good.
The office was too small and the waiting room was cramped. I waited over an hour to be seen. The staff was impersonal and cold, and the office seemed dirty. The "doctor" did not give off an air of professionalism and no one called me to give me the results of my urinalysis. They only scheduled me for a sonogram and wanted me to come back for a procedure, without having done the sonogram or seing the results and then actually diagnosing me.
The fastest and warmest and fastest specialst doctor I ever went
Visit was great
Que se me harias mas dificil hablar con el pero fue bien facil
To early to rate. His PA seems to be very good. Office is small and congested. Very thin walls; uncomfortable.
The waiting room is tiny. The entire office felt dirty. I specifically told him I would have to take off work for the appt yet I waited over an hour. I was very disappointed with the overall experience and will not be returning.
It was great and great staff.
Everitything is perfect,it's a pleasure know Dr Polepalle Luis Valle
He seem very knowledge, let's see what happens on my next appointment, which is on 10/19/2012
Narrow-minded -- not very caring about medication side effect concerns. And not sufficiently collaborative with me as the patient in problem solving and prevention.
It was an hour and 30 minute wait in a crowded, tight waiting room. The employees were very unprofessional and did not care about the patients. The place looked so unhygienic and dirty. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.
This doctor is has a very pleasant personality so I am sad to leave a negative review. He asked to leave the examination door wide open as there was "only one fan" in the entire facility with no air conditioning. On my way out and he made embarrassing comments on my urine sample and waved it up in the air, holding it up to the light, in front of a largely male audience. I have a thick skin for things like this, but I was very embarrassed at this point. I had a later appointment with the ultrasound technician there who complained the entire length of the ultrasound how her legs hurt. Initally I was concerned that she might be in pain; I asked what the cause was and she proceeded to complain how her job requires "standing all day". Needless to say I won't be returning. These "professionals" are kind but hardly professional.
I think it was a good visit because they took time to speak with me and talk about the medical condition that I was there for.
The office is very small. The waiting room is extremely cramped. The PA was very cool as well as Dr. Polepalle. They were both very professional. Their staff could use some much needed help.
Dr. Polepalle seems very knowledgeable and has a quiet, pleasant demeanor. The reception area is rather gloomy and the support staff need to bring its professional level up a notch.
He knows what he is talking about, plus he is a good doctor for urology.
The staff was unprofessional. Got an outside vendor to practice some test. They lost my chart with all my records in it.
It was okay could be better.
Felt like he listened to me and respected me
