“The staff at the office were friendly and welcoming, which helped create a positive first impression. Dr. Morero appeared knowledgeable and took the time to explain things clearly during the appointment. However, I did experience a significant delay—I waited for over an hour before being seen, which was frustrating. Additionally, I was sent out to a separate location for bloodwork, which added to the time and inconvenience. While the quality of care seemed promising, the long wait and extra steps made the visit less efficient than expected.
