First time seeing Dr. Pandya. Had a great experience. Dr. Pandya was very thorough with her diagnosis and recovery plan. She not only paid attention to my immediate medical needs, but also factored in my personal interests in running / lifestyle to help formalize a recovery plan. I greatly appreciated this approach as opposed to just pain/symptom management. Very professional and warm bedside manner as well.

The office was not her main office so you see other patients coming in and out for other doctors. It was a super warm office so they should upgrade their air conditioning. The doctor had back to back new patients which made my appointment over an hour and half wait which I think could have been avoided if there was a cap on new patients or she had extra days in office. Doctor was nice and visit was pretty quick. She did ease my concerns about what my symptoms and diagnosis was. I am still waiting for a prescription that was supposed to be sent day of my appointment which was a thursday (currently tuesday). Overall doctor is good but appointment wait time and office were a real blow.

Everyone in the office was incredibly nice. Dr. Pandya was awesome. Very open, easygoing, explained everything-- really listened to my concerns. Everyone was very apologetic for the longer wait time, even though it was only about 30 minutes (nothing too long!). I would 100% recommend Dr. Pandya.

The doctor took her time with viewing my injury. She ordered the necessary examination as she knows in a great deal of pain, so she re-wrapped my foot in my ace bandage order to boot since I have an autistic son I can't use crutches, so I am thinking my injury or may take longer to heal, but that's my own fault not the doctors she's great with me.

Dr Pandya was attentive, caring, and actually listening and worked with me to find a solution to the issues i came in with. She gave me options and was clear on short term and long term means to make it better. The office is just really small. Aside from that the staff and the doctor were super cool and caring.

I had a really wonderful visit with Dr. Pandya. Her Amsterdam office doesn't have the shine of some of the trendy minute clinics, but that shouldn't be off-putting. Her office staff is really sweet and helped me make sure my insurance could be used, and new patient intake was quick.
Dr. Pandya herself is lovely. She takes her time, listens carefully and even took time to ask me about other aspects of health beside the problem I came in for. I hope all my future doctor visits leave me feeling as cared for as I did after my visit with Dr. Pandya.
