Immediate Appointments Available- I invite you to explore an integrative, personalized, in-depth approach to your mental health and wellbeing where you have direct contact with me, your provider. I will offer you a comprehensive care plan that's unique to you that includes medications, non-pharmaceutical suggestions (supplements), therapy, and lifestyle coaching, functional medicine testing, meditations (mind-body medicine), and have future plans for heart rate variability training, non-violent communication training and more. I also offer assistance with safely tapering and discontinuing psychotropic medications.
I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and am dedicated to supporting you overcome crippling anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and addictions and more and reclaiming confidence, meaning and purpose, focus, and joy and improving relationships with yourself and others.
I offer monthly guidances (otherwise known as challenges) to all my clients to find ways to deepen and strengthen their mental health and wellbeing.
In my free time, I thrive being outdoors on the paddleboard, bike, or with hiking shoes on. I love a good adventure and challenge in all kinds of ways even on the home front developing artisan sourdough baking skills, embracing the joys of raising spirited boys, and cherishing a lighthearted approach to life.
