“She has all the technology needed under one roof. However every patient is following the same workouts, the same routines which makes me believe it’s an insurance processing mill. What’s the chance that all 10 of us the two times I’ve been there need the exact same circuit of exercises. One visit in and the convo changes from what your insurance covers at the specialist copay/visit to the fancy tools at an extra hundredper visit. When I answered that I do not feel better after the first visit at all, I was started on the same exercises. The tech helping me walks off before I can even confirm the exercise steps and I feel like I hurt my neck today. I told them I have secondary insurance and to bill it but once they saw the red Bank of America card you can forget getting anything out of them. Save your neck and back and pick someone else! I did! ”

Don’t be put off by the unassuming building. Her office is clean and modern. The appointment covered multiple treatments and had a clear plan forward. Absolutely would recommend!

The office is conveniently located just off 66. I love the Falls Church location as parking is no hassle. The doc is the best. I am a returning patient - my last visit was in 2016- and Dr. Sarah worked on the problem right away. There was no delay with staring treatment unlike other docs that would first need to see an MRI/Xray and by that time your pain level has gone up.
Dr. Sarah identifies the problem , starts therapy and this gives much relief to the patient. Dr. Sarah is patient, friendly and very professional.

The doctor was a great. She has an office administrator that was pretty pushy about getting an attorney. Something I was not interested in doing. Other than that, the appointment aas great and i have been back since with good results.

I felt like she rushed through her diagnosis and gave me the standard "you need to come in 3 times a week for the next 3-4 months" (which involves a lot of insurance money and cash out of pocket). When she tried to manipulate my neck and upper back, she couldn't get anything to "pop" so she kept pushing harder, causing a lot more pain than necessary. She seemed irritated when I told her this

I wouldn't recommend this doctor one bit. The doctor wasn't willing to work with me at all. I think they want to get as much as they can from you. This company is all about the $ and not willing to work with the client.

This office rocks! I have been to several chiropractors in the past (I have lived all over the country) and all either just did adjustments only or did the electric stim and then the adjustments. However this office was way different as they actually referred me to alexandria for an xray and spent half an hour going over it with me. At the end Dr. Peterson explained that my chronic headaches were caused by my bad posture and loss of neck curve and told me to buy this foam block to use at home. I already feel better and am excited. Whoever wrote the comment below should have gone to the emergency room and quit whining as no doctor can cure your symptoms instantly or in one visit. Thanks Dr. Peterson!!

It was fast and easy to get an appointment, with virtually no wait time. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. She was very thorough and explained things that no doctor had mentioned before. Her office had many charts and diagrams so I could get a visual of my issues. I also received a pdf of my posture analysis which I thought was very cool.
The adjustment felt great and I had relief after my first visit. I will continue my care to correct this life long problem. I feel very lucky to have found Dr. P!

This was my first visit with Dr. Peterson. I was in a lot of acute pain, and I traveled out to VA (from central DC without a car) because I needed some relief. Rather than assuring me that she'd do all she could to make me feel better, she began talking about 1) why I would have to travel to get x-rays, and 2) why I would have to come back for a prolonged engagement with her even before she examined my back. I did not at any point get the sense that she had the capability to assess what was wrong with me or apply any sort of customized solution to ease my pain. While she did end up giving me some treatment that helped slightly (ice, electric stimulation, pain cream), her bedside manner was so awful that I would never consider going back to her. I was in a lot of acute pain, and I wanted her to tell me that she would do all she could to relieve it that day and to give some indication that she understood what was going wrong in my back. Instead, she plead ignorance and tried to cultivate me for a sale. Stay away from her. There has to be someone better.

Parking was nonexistent, and the building was hard to find. The atmosphere was a bit more casual than I would have expected. Not a bad thing, per say, but will take time to get used to. Sarah seemed generally interested in her business but tended to over explain her reasoning. Again, not a bad thing, but might need to learn to take cues before explaining her reasoning (in great detail) behind the need for an X-ray.
