Doctors, specially Sarah and Ramadi, and office staff are excellent. Sometimes the wait gets a bit longer than before the remodelación the had. The only thing that makes me crazy is the new phone service company they got. They gave me an appointment thurs night, by Friday morning they call to say that it will be cancelled because it is not available. Didn’t you see that it was not available yesterday when you gave me that date and time?
I loved when the office staff was in charge of the phones because the could get any info needed or give you an appointment first hand with no problems.
I try not to think too much about the customer service the phone company gives because the place and doctors are so good I don’t want to stop taking my kids there. 7 years in total and 3 kids with them and that is the only thing I am unhappy about.
Besides that, I would always recommend them to anybody.

Just had our first visit at Elite Pediatrics with my 4-year-old son, Lucas, and it was such a great experience! The staff was kind and welcoming, and the office was super clean and kid-friendly. The doctor was amazing—patient, thorough, and made both Lucas and me feel completely at ease. I left feeling confident and cared for. So glad we chose this office for his care!

very knowledgeable, caring and verbal, which I can appreciate because I am a boy mom and it was very insightful to hear her speak to him as a patient while including me as well. She IS primary healthcare PCP (pediatrician) and appreciate her to the max!!!! the wait time was very low (appt time was 4:30p called in at 4:55p), NO COMPLIANTS!!!

This is our second time seeing Dr. Sarah and she always makes it as fun as possible for my two year old. She is also great to talk to about any questions and has great advice.

I love this practice! Dr. Sarah is so kind and thorough. She is so gentle with my son and takes the time to go over all concerns and answer all questions. Yes there is a bit of a wait time but it's because she spends so much time with each patient, so I don't mind.

I am already a member of this office so it was easy to book an appointment with another provider because my own was not in on thatvday to deliver urgent needs. Everything went smoothly besides being seen one hour after the stated appointment time which was the only downside. My child was comfortable to answer questions on her own and express any concerns due to the great bedside manner of the staff.

I am so happy that I found this pediatrician office when we moved to NJ. The drs are extremely patient and always respond timely in after hours care. They always do a thorough examination of my kids always looking for the very best method of treatment. The office can get busy occasionally however I find the front desk pleasant.

I love our new doctor and office staff. However my only issue was the wait time I had an 12:10 appointment and wasn't seen until 2pm. Other then the waiting time (which the doctor DID apologize for) we had no other concerns. Thank you Elite!
