I am currently accepting new clients and would be glad to support you on your path toward healing. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or uncertain about your mental health, you’re not alone—I offer compassionate, personalized care at your pace. Whether through therapy, medication, or both, my goal is to provide effective treatment grounded in a strong therapeutic relationship. I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with an MSN from Massachusetts General Hospital and a BS in Psychology and Public Health from Tulane University. I’ve worked across more than 10 psychiatric hospitals and practices, which has shaped my well-rounded approach to mental health care. In our work together, I’ll use a mix of trauma-informed, person-centered approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, interpersonal therapy (IPT), and mindfulness techniques. We’ll also collaborate to ensure an accurate diagnosis and determine if medication could be helpful as part of your personalized treatment plan.
