I completed my Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine and a Master's degree in Nutrition at the University of Bridgeport, and I also hold a Bachelor's degree from Northeastern University. I received post-doctoral training in Functional Medicine from the Institute for Functional Medicine and am an active member of ILADS, specializing in tick-borne disease. For 20 years, I practiced as a Licensed Massage Therapist in various settings, including a physical therapy clinic, working on thousands of bodies. I later specialized in prenatal massage and trained with Rosita Arvigo to learn the ancient tradition of Maya Abdominal Therapy, which has helped countless women live fuller lives, free from menstrual or reproductive issues. Additionally, I practiced as a birth doula for over seven years while in medical school. In this role, I had the amazing privilege of witnessing life at all stages?from infertility and preconception through pregnancy, attending births, and postpartum. My current focus and areas of expertise include: - Infertility - PCOS - Endometriosis - Menstrual irregularities, hormone imbalance, and menopause - Lyme disease - Chronic pain and chronic fatigue - Thyroid disease - Gut dysfunction, including SIBO - Adrenal health - Anxiety, stress, and depression I see patients from all walks of life and all ages, and I have really grown to love working in men's health as well.
