About Sarah Siak

Sarah Siak has over 15 years of healthcare experience, including over 5 years in Internal Medicine and the last 10 years working in Dermatology. Sarah earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Studies at the University of Central Florida, and went on to earn a Master’s Degree as a Physician Assistant through the College of Medicine at the University of Florida. She specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of all skin disorders, skin cancer prevention, skin cancer excisions and performs biopsies along with a variety of cosmetic procedures. Sarah is a master injector of BOTOX®, Juvederm, Voluma, Belotero, as well as specializing in chemical peels and Yag/Alex laser.
Sarah is Board Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants as well as certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Life Support. She is also an active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Florida Association of Physicians Assistants for the past 15 years and has served as a Physician’s Assistant volunteer at Shepherd’s Hope, Inc.

Sarah was honest, personable, and very helpful. I also appreciate that my prescription was for 3 months at a time, so it saves me the trips to the pharmacy.

Prescribed me medicine and NEVER sent it over to the pharmacy, Sarah took the next day off without finishing her task now I have to wait until the next time she comes in to get the medicine prescription. So 2 days without the medication I need. FRONT DESK STAFF IS RUDE
