Dr. Itenberg was a lovely person who made me feel comfortable despite some uncomfortable facial skin biopsies, and who identified a couple of further areas of unnatural skin discolorations for investigation that I hadn't even realized were potential issues.....very much appreciated her completeness and kind bedside manner. Would highly recommend.

There was a significant line to check in and only one person working the 2 windows. It was fine with me but there was one poor older woman who had been waiting over an hour for her appointment. The woman at the window was very nice and tried to accommodate everyone but it was a very slow process.
Doctor Itenberg was amazing. She was so friendly, professional and very informative. I would highly recommend her and this facility to my friends and family.

I was brought into the exam room 20-30 minutes past my appointment time. The nurse was courteous. Dr Sarit came in and did a quick exam of my skin. I felt like she rushed through it (maybe because she was running behind) and didn't look fully at my skin. She did answer any questions I asked and gave me some samples which I appreciate. I was turned off though by her rushing through the exam.

I was disappointed that my consultation appointment was less than 5 minutes. I had wanted to discuss skin care, possible laser treatments, etc., but the doctor was running an hour late and literally swooped in, checked me out and was gone. My "full body" scan took less than 30 seconds. I booked a follow-up for next year and a laser treatment but will be cancelling, as I had no opportunity to talk about what the laser treatment entails, the cost of the treatment and whether or not there are alternatives.
