I've been trying to find a great primary care doctor since I moved to NYC about 10 years ago. Dr. Ram is the first one I actually like! The office is bright and clean, the front desk staff is nice, the nurse who did my pre-screen and blood work was great, and Dr. Ram was very easy to talk to. She listened to my endless questions and then broke down the answers so that I understood everything and felt at ease.
Before going in, I was a little worried about bringing up my anxiety with her. I feel like people over use it as an excuse to get drugs and really didn't want her to think I was doing that. We talked about it and I felt heard and - more importantly - not judged.
Definitely going back.

I was very pleased with my Annual Physical with Dr. Ram. This was my first time having a doctor's apt in NYC. I was so nervous because of previous experiences elsewhere. I have to admit, it was good to be treated with professionalism and care. Dr. Ram made me feel safe. She was respectful and kind throughout my visit. I am truly grateful and won’t get that awful feeling of dread the next time I get sick and have to go to the doctors. I appreciated her willingness to answer all of my questions!
