On this visit and followups Dr. Gupta and most of staff were genuinely caring, professional, and skilled. Dr. was very gentle with examining the area where I had pain (shin), sent me for x-rays before beginning physical therapy to rule out stress fracture, and graciously met my anxious parents who surprised me in the waiting room...what dr. does that for an adult first time patient?! The phys. therapist was also amazing and persistent in questioning, listening, and comparing the painful leg with the normal one until she figured out that my foot arch had dropped putting pressure on the shin. After she started treating the foot, the shin pain reduced significantly and I was able to stop limping. Even when it starts to come back I now know how to self-treat the foot arch instead of wasting all my Vicks on the shin area where I feel the pain. Only thing I didn't like was no on-site x-rays, so I had to make an appt at another place; also, one of the women doing scheduling was kind of dismissive in general and also couldn't give me a note just stating when I was seen, which I needed for work. I'd still highly recommend.
