The people at the front could of been nicer and more welcoming. The Dr.,however, was great. She listened to my problems and ensured me that she will take care of me. She complimented everything she found healthy, like my teeth. The office itself needs to be updated a bit in terms of furniture. When I was getting a pap she didn't have a seat to sit in front of me. She had to stand on the side of me and bend over because there wasn't any room for her to even sit or squat to look.

The visit with the doctor was okay. I got the medicine I needed. The office staff was extremely unprofessional (they were messily eating peanuts at the desk, and didn't seem to have any of the information I provided via the ZocDoc app). There was no privacy when they took my "vital signs". That is in quotation marks because they didn't actually care about what my vital signs were, and they took my blood pressure while I was standing, and the cuff was extremely tight. My BP reading was scarily high and no one paid attention.
After my appointment, I went to a pharmacy to check my blood pressure and it was totally normal. Their machine was the problem.
