About Dr. Jeffrey Buckner
I practice hematology and general internal medicine at NYU. I completed my medical degree at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, followed by a residency in internal medicine at NYU Langone Health and a fellowship in hematology/oncology at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. I have trained and practiced in three major NYC hospitals and have an extensive network of specialists to whom I can refer. My hematology focus is on non-malignant diseases: anemia, bruising, thrombosis in general and its impact on fertility, other coagulation problems, and cell number abnormalities.
I offer video visits only and do not accept insurance payments. I maintain my NY medical license and faculty position at NYU Medical Center, allowing me to order tests and prescriptions, discuss medical issues on video, investigate findings obtained elsewhere, and make referrals to other physicians as needed.
