He received his Master’s of Science from Finch University in Chicago, Illinois and went on to receive his Doctor of Medicine degree from Chicago Medical School. He completed his training in Emergency Medicine at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital in New York City, a teaching hospital for Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons.
He lives in San Antonio with his wife (also a board certified Emergency Physician) and children. He has worked as an attending physician and assistant professor of Emergency Medicine at University Hospital/ University of Texas Health Sciences Center here in San Antonio as well as Christus Santa Rosa, Methodist, and Nix hospitals. Dr. Sean Wang is very passionate in bringing his expertise in emergency medicine and patient care to Texan Urgent Care. Dr. Sean Wang is also fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
