A busy day at the office. Wait was a bit long due to holiday weekend but staff is very nice and efficient.

Excellent doctor with good bedside manner.
However office on a whole always seems to be running late with wait times longer than expected for simple follow up visits. Not an isolated incident as I go every 3 months and has been this way for years. On average it's 35 to 45 minutes plus wait and once in exam room 15 to 20 minutes to see the doctor. Then after seeing the doc if you need blood taken expect another 20 to 30 minutes for somebody to start to process.
Long wait times seems to be the norm in this day and age with regard to health care in general even with all the attempts to streamline the process electronically with pre processing of paperwork, records, check in and payment. Appreciate the attempts but can't help but think there has to be a better way.
