When I arrived the entire waiting room was full. I had to wait outside until a seat became available. I was worried that I would be waiting for a long time, but I only waited about 15 minutes to be seen by a nurse and then the doctor shortly thereafter. The office was in disarray. There were boxes and random items stacked here and there. The examination room was a little better but there were brown stains on the ceiling tiles.
Dr. Krishnan was professional and courteous. He asked his colleague to set up an appointment for me to do some follow up tests/monitoring. This was on a Tuesday. I was told that I would be contacted before Thursday to set up a new appointment. It has been 2 weeks and I have not heard anything. As this was my first time meeting Dr. Krishnan and visiting his office, I don’t feel badly about never returning again. I think that an inefficient, sloppy and dirty workplace reflects poorly on the all of the doctors practicing there, including Dr. Krishnan.

A highly proficient and professional office staff. Dr K was very knowledgeable and a great communicator. He took his time with us and thoroughly answered all of our questions. They were able to get us scheduled right away for additional testing. The medical assistants and technicians were kind, caring, and compassionate.

Horrible customer service. The doctor ordered an echocardiogram but the provider has not received yet. I called like 5/7 times to the doctor’s office and they are unable to help me, they even hang up in the middle of the conversation. It’s as simple as fax it to the provider’s number.

I can’t praise Dr.Krishnan enough, he has excellent communication skills, being able to explain medical conditions and treatment options in a clear and easy-to-understand manner. Not to mention his great beside manner, and his attentive approach. Finding a cardiologist willing to listen to my concerns and involve me in the decision making in-regards to my treatment, was invaluable. I highly recommend Dr. Krishnan, he is extremely knowledgeable and his reputation precedes him!!

Dr. Krishnan is the consummate professional with exceptional bedside manner. I made an appointment with his office, since I was having minor chest pains. They did a bunch of test and put me on a good regimen and connected me with an excellent primary care physician. I see Dr. Krishnan twice a year to ensure I stay on track. He is thorough and does not rush through the appointment.

Big Deal in 21 ST Century Health Care Delivery with Cost Cutting environment. Many primary Care Offices as well as Specialty Offices keep Physicians productive doing procedures and leave mundane task of History & Physical to N P or PA.
Patient is shocked to see Physician involved in every detail happening
during Office Visit in Cost Cutting Health Care Delivery Model adopted
by BIG GROUPS where Physician is an employee worried about generating RVU to be PRODUCTIVE MEMBER of THE GROUP!!
