This visit was good. The doctor was quick. I explained to him my condition (Tarlov Cyst disease) and I was surprised he actually heard of it because no doctor I've seen prior has. It's actually that rare. He stated he will write me a letter asked that I call back the following day to check to see if it's there. I did and it wasn't. I Will look into next appointment. But definitely the most open minded doctor yet.

Amazing doctor, very knowledgeable as a physician with superb bedside manner, really light touch when he's giving injections and all over examination. Couldn't give him enough praise for the way he treats his patients and overall demeanor. His office staff is also very courteous, professional and pleasant. Dr, Sergy himself was a delight. Personable, professional and from what I can tell (this was only my first visit) knows his area of medicine. The appointment went smoothly. I especially appreciate the in- office machines at his office. (e.g. the head scan machine.) as well as the medical staff operating it. My only complaint is that the front office (sec'y) knew nothing about how to order, contact, deal with my pvt ins. co. for the ordering of Botox injection for migranes. I waited 3 wks and no botox was ordered. So I would say that the secretaries at the front need more training in this area. otherwise the neurologist himself and machines dr. owns, is very good.

The office staff is wonderful.
I have a few issues with DR. Zhivotenko's comments and treatment.
His office is not set up on the National database, so a few of my medications were not able to be prescribed.
When scheduling the sonograms, I told him I was not available till the 9th. He was gruff, about my coming in on the 2nd. I will be cancelling the appointment, and finding a new Neurologist.
