The Dr or staff never sent over a pre authorization for the medication when I when to the pharmacy to pick it up. I called the office and they said they would call it in and a few days later I went to pick it up and it still wasn’t called in.

I’ve seen Dr. Chowdury-Britto a few times but hadn’t been there in a while and, wow, what a pleasant experience it was once again! I hurt my foot on a Friday and was lucky enough to get an appointment on the following Monday. The staff were just lovely; so friendly that I left feeling sorry that I don’t need to go to my podiatrist more than once or twice a year! Dr. Chowdhury-Britto is a great listener and communicator and she explains everything so thoroughly and answers my list of questions generously. I highly recommend this practice and this provider.

Dr. Chowdhury is a wonderful doctor. She took great care of my son (age 12) with a very painful ingrown toe nail. She explain what she was going to do and my son felt very comfortable with her. I’m glad we found her! The staff is warm and friendly and the office is very clean.

My experience at the doctor's office was quite pleasant. Wait time was minimal. Once attendented to, the staff was very professional and friendly.

Everything was great! From the front office to the back. The assistant was very friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve seen other podiatrist in the past and she is by far my favorite! She took her time to diagnose me and was thorough with the explanation. I hateeee needles and she did her best to distract me through conversation. I will definitely go back and highly recommend!

If you need a podiatrist, make an appointment to see Dr. Shabana Chowdhury-Britto at Advanced Podiatry! Who looks forward to seeing their podiatrist? I do, when I go for check-ups and follow-ups here. Dr. Chowdhury is one of the few doctors I have ever known who not only listens to me when I explain symptoms or concerns, but takes her time explaining things to me. She never leaves you with the impression that she only wants to spend three minutes with you and then run to the next patient. I highly recommend Dr. Chowdhury.
