Very polite and friendly doctor as well as administrative staff. When they called to go over paperwork and confirm, they were informative and kind. The doctor was attentive during the Zoom, she was understanding, compassionate, and made me feel comfortable. I hadn’t had a Zoom appointment before and I was nervous but after a short time, she made me feel comfortable and welcomed.

I had a wonderful experience. Dr. Pinero was so kind and very easy to talk to. She is also extremely thorough while also working in the 1 hour appointment time frame. It can be so challenging to find great mental health providers (especially as a black woman) so I was so relieved to have found Dr. Pinero.

She was wonderful. She listened to me. Did not judge me and talked with me about the reason behind why I need a prescription. She referred me to someone to talk to to address other underlying issues. I highly recommend her.

Well to be honest, nothing at all was professional about this staffing, including the doctors and front desk, based on first impressions. I made my appointment fortunately through the app, but the next morning no one from the office called to confirm my appointment. The app confirmed my appointment. I prepared and went early to fill out new patient paperwork, as I knew there would be. To my surprise, after arriving early, I filled out the appropriate paperwork, to then be told that I would not be seen that day because I did not finish my paperwork in their “timing”. I was unaware that I should have gotten there maybe, 45 minutes early, due to the extent of the paperwork. Nevertheless, I would have to decide if I wanted to reschedule, which was not an appropriate option for me, or settle for a 15 minute appointment, but still be charged for a 40 minute appointment. Not acceptable. I was early to my appointment knowing I had to fill out new patient paperwork, based on my own experiences. I do not appreciate the execution and delivery of said news to me. It wasn’t until I asked for corporate office contact info or the owner or the manager, before they ultimately decided they would see me. Nevertheless, it was a 15 minute appointment and I was charged for a full 40 minute appointment. Very unsatisfied with the proposed procedures at this office. The nurse practitioner advised me that it was the office protocol to reschedule appointments that were not on time. I was not only on time, but early, to complete paperwork that I knew I would have to complete only because I have worked in physician’s office for two decades and all physician’s offices have paperwork. Duly noted.
