What should a new client know about working with you?

Patients should know that I am warm, approachable, collaborative, and committed to clinical excellence. I take time to understand each person’s story, strengths, challenges, and goals so we can create a treatment plan together. I work well with adolescents, young adults, women, healthcare professionals, caregivers, and individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, postpartum adjustment, fertility stress, and major life changes. My goal is for patients to leave sessions feeling hopeful, empowered, and less alone.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My process begins with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation where we review symptoms, history, stressors, medical background, goals, and current supports. I provide medication management, psychoeducation, supportive interventions, and therapy-informed care when appropriate. I also collaborate with therapists and other providers when needed to support coordinated care. Follow-up visits focus on progress, medication response, emotional functioning, coping strategies, and any adjustments needed to support long-term wellness.
