“To be honest, I was confused after I scheduled this appointment. I was on zoc doc looking for a new pcp. I came across this provider and decided to take a chance and scheduled the appointment. It was only after I received the confirmation for the appointment that I realized this was a heart and vascular office. Given that I've had some minor heart issues in the past, I decided to just keep the appointment and see what happens. We'll, it happens to be that they are a multispecialty practice and definitely was able to do my physical. Provider took her time listening to me. Asked all the right questions. And I was able to get multiple vascular tests done on the spot. Best physical I've had ever”

Unfortunately, my experience with this office was disappointing. After booking an appointment, I learned they did not have the necessary equipment for my care. The doctor I booked under wasn’t even scheduled in the office. I was then referred to another location that was not suitable for me.
I was also given an incorrect referral and had to independently research and find the appropriate provider on my own. The lack of coordination and accurate information made this process unnecessarily stressful.

Don't communicate well with one another, was supposed to have one test done at the next visit only for them to tell me that the doctor was not there to administer the and then told me that the test should have been done at the first appointment and that I'll have to schedule it again because it's still not done, that's two extra co-pays because the didn't verify first. Also waited over an hour for each appointment. Waste of time.
