The wait time was nearly an hour before Dr. Jackson came to the Exam room; The appointment was at 1:40pm, we left at 3:35pm. About Dr. Shari Jackson
Dr. Shari Jackson received her Doctor of Medicine from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 1999. She completed her pediatrics residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston in 2002. After residency, Dr. Jackson proudly served in the U.S. Army as a general pediatrician at Ft. Bragg, North Carolina. She was Officer in Charge of the Pediatric Clinic at Womack Army Medical Center and Medical Director of the Exceptional Family Members Program, which linked soldiers with special-needs children to worldwide assignment stations that could accommodate their medical needs.
Following her military service, she practiced in rural North Carolina before moving with her family to New Haven, Connecticut. There, she was in private practice and helped train pediatric residents at Yale University School of Medicine. Before returning to Texas, Dr. Jackson spent two years as an associate clinical professor at the American University of Antigua College of Medicine in Antigua, West Indies, training medical students to become compassionate, competent physicians.
Since 2014, Dr. Jackson has been a general pediatrician with MyCHN and continues her passion for teaching medicine to the next generation of physician assistants and nurse practitioners. She is currently located at MyCHN League City in League City, Texas. Dr. Jackson is Board Certified in Pediatrics, a diplomate of the American Board of Pediatrics, and a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She has been recognized as one of the top pediatricians in the Alvin-Manvel area for four consecutive years: 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021.

Dr. Jackson is amazing! Love this office and their staff. She was attentive and answered any questions I had as a new mom. She is thorough, professional and friendly. The office staff is also friendly and welcoming. I’m so glad I booked here and will continue to come back for my baby’s visits and needs.

I have 4 kids and my overall experience here with Dr. Jackson was good. The staff is very helpful, and easy to get an emergency appointment in League City, Texas. Dr. Jackson was very caring and listened to my kid's responses and even gave him a cute little gift.

Honestly! It was an easy in and out with the kids. My oldest one got sick and Dr. Jackson saw him right away. The good thing is that we were able to pick up the medicine in the pharmacy that they have inside.

The doctor was able to see us right away. I actually found out that my baby is allergic to dairy. Dr. Jackson was able to calm me down and suggest new foods for him to receive the proper nutrition.

the waiting time is not great, it took 30 minutes. But I would say the clinic is clean and the staff are nice and helpful. I was able to get my child's medication right away since they have a pharmacy inside the clinic. Very convenient!

I brought my teen to MyCHN League City to see Dr. Jackson. We live in League City and this is the first time we come in here. Anyways, they saw him right away. He has been having some teen boy issues (growing pains) and Dr. Jackson was able to talk to him about getting more exercise and why eating more veggies will help him clear up his acne. Overall, he listened.

She was very sweet and attentive with my child. My child doesn't like strangers but she felt comfortable to talk to Dr. Jackson about her rabbit. That surprised me. Dr. Jackson is her pediatrician now.

Our first time experience was surprisingly great!? The staff were friendly and the dr agreed to see us at the end of the day even though she doesn’t see new patients that late:)
