Unfortunately this provider was not a great fit for me. When the doctor walked in to meet me, I immediately felt like I was an inconvenience and that my questions were a waste of time. She took one look at my face, and I was given a prescription. I had to ask about any potential side effects and was not given any information about the medication besides the name (verbally). I would have been done with the appointment in two minutes if I had not taken time to ask my questions. I was looking forward to this appointment and drove a long way, but was extremely disappointed.

They scheduled a TB test for me and I arrived at 430! Discovered while waiting that I was supposed to pick up my own TB test and then take that test to the labs to get tested. Needed this in time for work but ended up not even seeing doctor because of what receptionist communicated. Got charged for sitting in the waiting. They said they would refund but have yet to receive it.

My appointment with Dr. Sharmin Qureshi was unsatisfactory. She made multiple professional errors, including taking my blood pressure incorrectly, which I had to correct. She also made dismissive comments about my health and diet, and unprofessional remarks about my body based on my appearance.
The appointment lasted less than ten minutes and ended with her incorrectly prescribing my medication despite me providing her with the exact medication I needed. Due to this lack of care, I received a substandard consultation and do not recommend her to others.

I was a new patient and my experience here was very disappointing. The office feels extremely outdated and disorganized — stacks of old files, unused equipment sitting around, and wires/extension cords on the floor. The front desk checkout area had papers scattered everywhere.
The website instructed new patients to arrive 15 minutes early, which I did, but when I got there the office was closed for lunch with no sign or notice.
When I was finally seen, the exam room looked like it hadn’t been updated since the 1990s. Dusty, old equipment made the space feel unsanitary and unprofessional. My visit lasted only a few minutes, with no basic checks (like blood pressure) or real exam. Honestly, it could have been handled virtually.
The provider seemed burned out and disengaged. Overall, the entire visit felt careless and left me questioning the quality of care. I would recommend looking elsewhere for medical care.

I was there at 8:40 (20 prior to the app. ) The front staff did not anything about this Dr. I call the office number. They did not answer and did not reply. I wait in the lobby until 9:14 when my app was 9:00. Dr. Never showed up and did not reply my phone call. Looks like this a gost Dr.

I am not satisfied and will not recommend it to my family, friends or someone else. Not welcoming and approachable. I feel shy and not comfortable talking to her. No how are you, just "what can I do for you?" .. I was surprised and feel that she didn't care.
The doctor didn't give me good advice on what to do and just gave me what medicine to take. The Doctor didn't tell me to follow up or message the following days or week just to update.
I feel like she only wants to do her work but no intention of helping at all. :( We just only take 10 minutes, it feels like we're in a rush. It makes me sad because I'm in pain but no empathy.

Do not go here! I went here to request for an annual physical. I was given a half baked lab sheet that I took to the lab. This was just the beginning of the problems. Though the lab report was partial it arrived the next day but the doctor’s office did not bother contacting me. After contacting them, they did not care that my cholesterol reports were missing. They said they will check back with lab but they never did. When I called them back a week later they still had no clue. They do not care about their patients. There is a reason this provider is always available on Zocdoc!!!

They will send the prescription to Drug store when you will die.
I visited there on last Friday with acute pain and still till monday they didn’t send prescription nobody pickup the phone there drove almost 20 miles to meet the Dr Shamim but no proper response from Dr. office.
Dr is good but their process of sending prescription is horrible go there if you wanna waste your time.

This review is for the follow up service/disconnect with the pharmacy. There must have been some confusion with the appointment system as I was able to book this provider for my toddler, however Dr. Qureshi only normally sees adults. Check in/appointment went smoothly, however we had a horrible experience when trying to receive our prescription. Went on a wild goose chase looking for the correct CVS pharmacy this was called in to, my kid went more than 24 hrs without the medication because I could not get a hold of the office on a day their business hours were open. Then when we finally got confirmation of the prescription, the CVS said that the dosage amount was questionable and we were sent away until the doctor could confirm. Went back to the pharmacy an hour later to receive an entirely new medication, which makes me feel like there was an error made that would've otherwise been missed had it not been for the pharmacy. Very stressful experience, thus my review

I went to get my annual health check up. After my blood test I have been trying to get in contact with the doctor . Nobody picked up the call . Visited the office , nobody opened the door. It’s been 2 weeks since I am trying to get in touch .

While registering for appointment online it accepted and verified my insurance. On the day of appointment I got a call stating insurance is not accepted. This is incorrect as I had to replan everything. Take care of this aspect

The front desk staff nor the DOCTOR showed up to the 9 am appointment that was scheduled. We waited for an hour, with no phone calls answered or communication of any kind. Would not recommend to anyone unless you like wasting your time.

I waited for an hour for annual check and the doctor met me for like 5 minutes. Doctor was not patient to listen to my problem. I had sore throat and fever two weeks before the appointment. But the doctor didnt even tell me what test and treatment she would give me before she left the room until i asked and confirmed with her. Also I had skin rash and just in a second she backed off and came to the conclusion it is bed bug, which is not true at all. I had similar skin rash before and was caused by strep throat. I think doctors should be more careful with patients problem and the treatment they give. I understand it is Friday afternoon,,, but as a doctor should take every patient seriously. I would definitely not going back again.

I’m a healthy patient who needed blood work ordered so my appointments took 5-10 minutes. However, the 2 times I’ve been here, they are not punctual and have seen me 1.5 hours after my scheduled time. It took so long to see me to the point I questioned if my zocdoc appointment went through. I only was seen because for both times, I consistently went up to the receptionist and told them how long it has been and asked when I would be seen. Also, the second time I was there, the receptionist came late- 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment- so I was speaking to a worker for another doctor, who was communicating with them on my behalf. I will not be coming back due to their lack of punctuality despite it not being a busy clinic.

The staff didn’t send my prescription. They don’t pick up the call or neither do they call back after I left a voicemail. I am unhappy with my appointment. The office is old and the equipment is outdated. The doctor didn’t give me a lot of information about my infection.
