The front desk did not notify me that I would have to change my PCP to their provider before i even saw her. I was on hold with my insurance in the waiting room so long they canceled my appointment. The girl at the front desk was cold and monotone, showed no accountability for her mistake and disrespecting my time.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Henry. After years of feeling dismissed and unheard, this was the first time I truly felt listened to with patience and taken seriously.
Dr. Henry is attentive and genuinely cared about my medical history and current concerns. I never felt rushed or talked over. Every concern was acknowledged, clearly explained, and handled with respect. It was obvious she wasn’t just doing a job, she truly cared about my well being.
This experience restored my faith in medical providers. Feeling heard should be the standard, but it hasn’t been, and it kept me away from doctors for years. Now, thanks to Dr. Henry, I feel comfortable and motivated get my health in order step by step.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for a compassionate, attentive provider who treats you with respect.

Dr. Henry sat down and spoke to me first and we went over many things she was very open& understanding and adapted to all my needs regardless of the way I had originally booked my appointment having new insurance. Good Patient service is everything!!!

Sharon is heaven-sent. She is so caring and willing to listen, as not many providers take the time to listen to their patients. She is professional, knowledgeable, and nurturing. I think that it should have been disclosed that this is an urgent care / primary care facility not an OB/Gyn office.
I was pretty upset that I showed up to a clinic and not a doctors office for an annual exam. Needless to say I left.

It’s ridiculous how great my experience was here. The medical assistant Nadia was so kind and made me feel so welcomed. She was very personable and easy to talk to. Then I met the PA Sharon, and she was amazing. Very personable as well and so kind and welcoming. We had a good conversation and she made me feel listened to and properly cared for. Didn’t rush me at all, and even though she looked cozied up in a couple layers, she brought a heater into the room for me because it was chilly and I didn’t even have to ask. I didn’t even know they had one. They talked me through the Pap Smear and let me know what to expect and comforted me well when I got a little nervous. Ladies, if you need to get a Pap smear done and are a little nervous about it, I’m telling you, THIS is the best office you can get it done. Nadia and Sharon were amazing and I’m so glad I came and got it done with them!!! Thank you guys so much!!

I've been here twice, and my experience both times was outstanding. I got right in at my scheduled time and met with smart, understanding staff that helped me out. I'll be back, but of course I hope that I wont have a need to right away!
