I moved to the area about 6 years ago and I have seen numerous physicians for various ailments. I recently moved to Old Town and after reading numerous reviews, I decided to schedule a visit with Dr. Malcolm. I can honestly state that Dr. Malcolm was very thorough and actually spent time talking with me...approximately 30 whole minutes!...which is definitely abnormal these days. There was no rushed feeling, the staff was exceptionally friendly, and the Doctor took her time, was very thorough, and very kind. I highly recommend Dr. Malcolm and I guess many other people value her excellent service as there is a significant wait time to schedule an appointment (schedule an appointment a month out or at the least, several weeks) which just shows that many of her patients feel exactly as I do.

She took time to discuss my concerns, listened and didn't rush thru our appt. like some doctors do (I call that the assembly line experience). Dr. Malcolm is the best doctor I have seen in years. She is attentive to my needs and very concerned about my overall care. Every visit she make me feel like I am her only patient. The best in the DMV!! I had to go through trail and error to find the best!! Her bedsied manner and professionalism is top notch!!
