“Fantastic. Saw me early. Friendly funny personable professional helpful staff and medical professionals.
I couldn’t be happier .
Helped with my issue (infected middle right toe)
Arranged an appointment with a Podiatrist that afternoon (who was fantastic also)
Jennifer Hunter was the Primary Provider and Sierra (?) was the assistant .
I have White Coat Syndrome but they had me so at ease my BP was normal…”

I can’t really rate the provider experience because I never got to see the provider. After being there for more than 20 minutes, the front desk staff had never even given me the paperwork to complete the check-in process. For many reasons, I did not want to check in online, so they just ignored me. I kept being told “oh we’ll be with you in a few minutes.” . Meanwhile, they kept attending to a whole bunch of other things. I was the only person in the waiting room. I would not go back there. You really need to train your staff better in customer service. No apologies for the delay, very little acknowledgment and no valid explanation

The person who checked me in was also the person who took my vitals and did my tests. She was very forceful when giving me a strep test and Covid nasal test. She didn’t tell me what she was testing for she just shoved sticks into me and very forcefully and impatiently swabbed. Everything about this experience was awful.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE! I went in knowing that I was suffering from a respiratory infection that was rapidly deteriorating. The nurse ignored my symptoms, said I was merely suffering from fatigue, and prescribed me cough syrup only. Thank goodness I was able to go to another practice, where I was finally properly examined and given antibiotics for the PNEUMONIA that was taking me down fast. Do not go to this urgent "care" if your life depends on it.

The staff was incredibly polite and responsive to questions. The clinician had warm bedside manner. With a sick pediatric family member, being seen quickly and efficiently really helped. We were able to get necessary treatment, testing, and our needed prescription within the same morning. Grateful!

Got a referral for an x-ray from my PCP and searched on ZocDoc to find a place that offered x-rays in-network. Scheduled an appointment here and added a description of my issue and need for x-ray. Arrived and only after charging me my co-pay and asking about my injury, I was informed they actually don't do x-rays and referred me to a radiologist, which I could have just done in the first place. Unfortunately misleading description on ZocDoc and clearly the staff did not read my appointment information because they would have known I was there for an x-ray, which they don't provide.
