Dr. Samadi is very knowledgeable. Have been going to him for years. The office needs to organize themselves a little better. Waited over an hour to get called in. There were so many kids in the waiting area. Made it tothe consultation room, then waited another 30 min for the medical assistant to come in. Got to the office at 3:12pm and didn't get out until 5:30pm. Happens every time I come here. Please stop double booking appointments!

extremely rough hand on my 4 yrs old when exam his throat and clean ears. the inpatient assistant doctor scratched so hard and made one of his ears bleeding. finally, they didn't send prescription to the pharmacy on Friday and theyare closed during weekend. we ended up to go back to our pediatrician to get his prescription. Very bad ENT for kids. My son hasn't cried so hard since he was born!!!!

The reason for the lowest rating for this doctor is for the hidden fees involved that no one explains. For starters, when I handed the receptionist my credit card for my co-pay she said, "Oh you don't have cash or check? If not, there’s a surcharge for using a credit card for your co-pay.” I've never heard of that in a doctor's office, only in cheap convenience stores. Their appointment reminder email should have included a note to please bring cash or check or incur a surcharge fee for credit cards. Secondly—and this is the real kicker—I was charged a LOT more OVER my co-pay for services not covered by my very good insurance coverage. Be wary if the doctor looks in your ears and—WITHOUT asking for permission or letting you know that this will be billed as 'surgery' for doing this—removes leftover Q-Tip cotton from your ear. I was also charged a LOT of money (partially covered by insurance) with 'surgery' for putting a scope up my nose. Which I guess??! could be understandable, but Dr. Samadi didn't say one word about this type of service typically falling outside of insurance coverage. These charges are really quite crooked. I've see specialists and have never charged extra to diagnose the problem I made the appointment for (and if it’s typically not covered, I am explicitly told this). I see a neurologist and he never charges me extra for reflex tests. I went to this doctor for a problem tasting and was then charged a fee to be told not to smoke (I'm not kidding, this was billed as a fee and on the EOB, it was billed as taking 8-10 minutes to complete). Also, they sent this overcharge bill to the WRONG ADDRESS, and when I didn't pay that first and only bill, they put me into collections—which tells me they swindle people a lot and are quick to have a collections agency take the matter over. It's a shame because honestly, my interaction with the doctor was fine and professional, and all of his staff were just as pleasant and professional as he was. Just very, very crooked practices—stay away.

Every time I have been to this office my experience has been great. From the front desk to the doctor I am treated with care and concern. The doctor is so candid and professional and takes time to explain her thoughtprocess to me as we go. By the time I left there was a game plan in place to get well and to prevent further problems. I met with the PA and I tell you she was awesome!

Dr. Samadi has a proactive yet subtle approach. Where most doctors are either too aggressive or too passive, Dr. Samadi is smart and speaks "civilian" and is the right mix with his manner. It's important that the adults like him butalso important that the kids like him. He has treated both of my sons and both kids like him. His support staff is EXCELLENT which speaks volume to the kind of boss he is.

Dr. Samadi was very informative. It was a long wait, but it was worth it. He takes his time answering all questions you may have. I felt he made sure he covered all possible causes before I left his office. Theonly issue I had was finding the office. The receptionist failed to inform a new patient that the address on the site was different than the address you will put in your GPS. Make sure you ask them!

What an amazing practice with over the top staff ! They made a nervous 8yr old feel comfortable and at ease. As a parent it is awesome to finally find a place that has one stop shopping so to speak. Theyoffer exams and hearing tests as well as state of the art audiology exams in the same place. My last ENT had to refer us out for everything which takes too long and is difficult when you have a child having hearing issues. I was extremely happy and by the way they treat adults too because I was treated a few days before for a clogged ear. They are great and I will be coming back !

The office appeared to be overbooked and chaotic. Once I was sent to the back I was placed in a examination room. I was finally administered two hearing test and then I was seen by the doctor. He seemed rushed anddidn't spend much time with me. My ear was not cleaned. He examined me but it was like something was missing from the visit. His bedside manner is okay. He was pleasant but it seemed forced. He also didn't explain the prescriptions to me that he was sending to my pharmacy.

Hmmm.. I waited 30 mins before I was placed inside the exam room(acceptable) and waited another 20 mins(borderline acceptable) before Physician assistant greeted me. I made an appt. with Dr. Samadi, however, he was nowhere to be found in thefacility. PA was actually warming person, but she didn't provide me any additional information than WebMD.com. If you're in need of real MD's evaluation, this place definitely IS NOT for you. Oh, they also charge you extra $3.99 for using credit card to pay for your co-pay.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Samadi as an ENT doctor. His assistants were very detail oriented and asked plenty of questions (which makes me feel better when they are very thorough). Dr Samadi himself was very pleasant and very helpful.I just happened to make an appointment on a day where children did not have school, so the office was jam-packed. I waited an hour and half to be sat in an office room and two hours before I got to meet with Dr. Samadi. However, I'm sure other days are different. Overall a good experience!
