My overall experience today was pleasant. I was able to meet with the provider I booked with and was seen within 5 minutes of waiting. They sent an email for early check-in as a courtesy even though I didn’t see it until I was walking into the office. Still, the front desk called me right up for a quick and simple check-in. Shayna Kaiser was thorough and listened.

Doctor Shayna is a very concerned doctor. Shayna really took her time going through medical information with us. Shayna immediately got my husband all the required testing needed to see exactly what might be causing some issues with my husband. What stood out for us the most was how she was very concerned about my husband's hearing first of all. She even flushed both his ears out and now my husband can hear very well. She was concerned about his foot and referred him to a podiatrist which he could really use. Shayna made both my husband and I so comfortable that we both decided we made the right pick. I am an insulin dependant and is currently seeing another physician in town but as of yesterday I transfered my care to Shayna's office. So again thank you Doctor Shayna and staff for making our visit fast and comfortable.

Shayna Kaiser is such an awesome healthcare provider ! She listened to all of my concerns and addressed each one. She helped me to set up follow-ups with necessary providers and was overall knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone looking to be truly heard at a doctors visit.
