Dr. Ballintine has an excellent bedside manner. She is friendly and efficient, but still took the time to answer all my questions. I am normally not very comfortable at doctor’s offices, but Dr. Ballantine’s friendly disposition helps me feel more at ease. Check in with the office staff was simple, and wait time in the room was only a few minutes.

Office was amazing. Staff were outstanding - efficient and excellent customer service. Dr. Ballintine was warm and engaging and gave me confidence in her abilities as we talked. There is a reason Dr. Ballintine has such high ratings all around. I had NO wait time, which is very rare for me. She was patient yet efficient. She addressed all of my concerns and questions in a warm and caring manner. I wish I had found her sooner as the visit was much less stressful than past doctors' visits have been for me. I'm excited to have her as my new GP.

When I arrived to the appointment, I was almost immediately shown to an examination room and met with Dr. Ballintine right after that. She was friendly, thorough, and had a wonderful bedside manner. Doctor Ballintine was incredibly attentive and thorough throughout my entire examination. Her promptness was also impeccable. Most importantly, I felt that she genuinely cared for me and my well being! I highly recommend her!

What I like about Dr. Ballantine is that she is very thorough and takes time to answer all my questions. For instance, every time I see her she carefully checks what medications I am taking even though nothing has changed since my last visit. I appreciate this as a senior who is taking a lot of prescription drugs. She also seems well informed and up to date on all of my health care issues. And, last but not least she is warm and friendly and inspires a lot of confidence.
