Dr Payne was super nice and helpful, I went in to see about getting help for my depression. She didn’t make me feel bad about it and was very understanding and provided support.

This was my first appointment with Shelby Payne and I would recommend to see her again. She was very patient and slow when checking my breathing and explaining everything to me. My favorite thing is that she explained her plan of care for each scenario on if all the different tests came back positive/negative. She also sat and talked for a minute while waiting for the test results to come back and was friendly and approachable.

My first visit. It went well. Doctor took her time, asked tons of questions to get to know me and my medical history. Informed me of recommended things, age related. My medications were refilled. I was very satisfied with this appointment. This was a well visit.

Dr. Payne was very helpful in helping calm our worry and working with us to find the root of the problem we were facing. She was very calm and collected, and very personable. Her staff was incredibly nice and made you feel like you were really listened to. I highly recommend visiting Dr. Payne. It’s refreshing to find a doctor that listens to you and addresses all of your concerns clearly and concisely.?
