For over a decade, Shelley was an RN in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum and Newborn Care at St. Joe's, St. John's, and Woodwinds hospitals. She has a passion for inclusive, client-centered care and was able to assist many different women during the birth of their babies. Her experience offering respectful, inclusive, and non-judgmental individualized care makes her a perfect addition to our team.
About her philosophy of care, Shelley says:
"I have always been passionate about being present and supporting women going through the sacred processes of pregnancy, labor, and birth. I enjoy partnering with patients to provide information, options, and support so that patients feel comfortable making informed decisions about their care.
With midwifery, I am grateful for the opportunity to support women's health throughout their lifespan. I look forward to having the honor of being entrusted with your care!"
