Hello! I accept insurance but also have very affordable rates (similar to a co-pay) for self-pay clients. Initial and follow up visits are only $30 for those without insurance coverage. Health and nutrition coaching has never been so reasonable. I'm passionate about helping clients achieve their goals through a holistic approach. I offer flexible, compassionate and personalized care.
I grew up in and around Chicago and came back to the Chicagoland area after college. My dietetic internship was done at Edward Hines Jr. VA Hospital, the largest VA in the state of Illinois with a program regarded for its academic excellence. I am proud of my time working with the veterans in a state where over a million live. I also have over 20 years of experience in healthcare working with clients of all ages. I look forward to meeting you and discussing your nutrition goals.
