“They did have a hard time with my insurance. One moment I was covered and then I wasn't. They had me reschedule after I was told I had insurance and it was covered. Inconvenient because I was already at my appointment. They got me in next day. Then they did it again. But fixed it and was seen. Then after my apt. I made a follow up appointment. She said something was wrong with my insurance. Good news ! I believe it's fixed. Wow lots of work. ”

About Shianna Wilson
Shianna Wilson is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner, proudly serving the greater Phoenix area where she was born and raised. She holds a degree in Biological Sciences from Arizona State University and a Nursing Sciences degree from Chamberlain University. She later earned her master’s degree from Simmons University’s Family Nurse Practitioner program and is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).
Shianna is passionate about providing patient-centered, innovative care. She is committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of her patients through open, therapeutic communication and by consistently staying current with healthcare standards and best practices. She believes in listening to each patient’s values, goals, and holistic needs to help achieve the best possible outcomes.
Outside of her professional role, Shianna enjoys all things health and wellness, including yoga, Pilates, and meditation. She and her husband love traveling, cooking, spending time with friends and family, and exploring Arizona’s many adventures.

She was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. She took the time to really listen to all of my concerns and made sure I felt heard and supported. This office is great. I came here looking for a new provider to manage my chronic hypothyroidism and to address additional mood swings that I suspected could be related to early-onset perimenopause. While here, the provider took her time speaking with me about both concerns in a way that was articulate, informative, and professional. Her bedside manner and rapid-fire responses to my concerns fostered a sense of trust and security.
This was exactly the result I was hoping for, especially considering I left my previous provider due to growing dismissiveness and a loss of trust. I also noticed that the overall feel of the office was friendly and relaxed, and the nurses appeared to interact with each other in a way that suggests they are a well-balanced, collaborative team without internal conflict.
