Dr. Ahuja graduated from Drexel University, where she earned her medical degree. She then went on to complete a residency in internal medicine at Tufts Medical Center. She also finished two fellowships, one in pulmonary and critical care medicine at New York University Medical Center and the other in sleep medicine at the Mount Sinai Hospital. A knowledgeable provider, Dr. Ahuja is quadruple board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine. She takes a genuine interest in researching and educating herself on various new advancements in the field of medicine, so her patients get the best and the most advanced treatment possible. Dr. Ahuja looks after the locals of Queens, Brooklyn and New York, NY, and strives to treat each patient to the best of her ability while ensuring that both patients and their loved ones comprehend the different possible methods of treatment. Everything was great, except prescription refills. If you are prescribed a controlled substance, you will be billed for a visit on every refill. That adds up, and is just a foul manipulation of healthcare laws. Find a doc that doesn't squeeze you every chance they get.
