Dr. Chanda and the entire staff were amazing. Truly intentional with the questions they asked and their listening ear. Dr. Chanda was thorough in explaining things as well as laying out the game plan. I was called back right on time for my appointment and did not have to wait AT ALL. The staff at the front checking me out was extremely patient and helpful when it came to some issues that occurred with my insurance.

Everyone was very kind and patient. I was nervous when I came in (my first primary care doctor ever!) but they all made me feel very comfortable (Dr. Chavda explained everything as we went, it was great). The blood sample stuff was especially awesome! I'm horrible with needles but the nurse Ms Lisa? was amazing, it didn't hurt at all!!! I'm not worried about going to the doctor at all anymore.

She is a wonderful Doctor. She always explains everything in a very well manner and also always checks if it’s ok for me to take the medicine she wants to prescribe to mix with the meds I’m already taking. She is one of the best doctors I have ever seen.

Very thorough, asked questions and listened intently to my responses. Will establish with her as my PCP. Wait was long to get into room but I believe that happened due to extenuating circumstances and do not foresee a long wait time at future appointments.

Dr Patel, Dr Pifer and my nurse were very kind and helpful. They actually listened and made sure my needs and concerns were addressed. The wait time was a bit long only because Dr Patel wanted to make sure i could see Dr Pifer as i had been working with her on my last visit. check in and check out was easy and painless. She is very kind and sincere and understanding and really wants what is best for the patient. It's really hard to find doctors that have the time to talk to a patient and get to know them. I will definitely refer her patients.

I feel like Dr Chavda really took my concerns seriously and she let me say all that I needed to say. Most Doctors I've seen in DFW herd their patients like cattle, but I didn't feel any of that with Dr Chavda. We discussed my main reason for coming in that day, and also spoke about some other long term health goals. I have gone years without a PCP, but I think I've finally found someone that takes me seriously, and sees me like a human! Thanks Dr Chavda!
