Very thorough, asked questions and listened intently to my responses. Will establish with her as my PCP. Wait was long to get into room but I believe that happened due to extenuating circumstances and do not foresee a long wait time at future appointments.
Got evaluated and handed me the prescriptions that I really needed.
She is great
She is wonderful
Dr Patel, Dr Pifer and my nurse were very kind and helpful. They actually listened and made sure my needs and concerns were addressed. The wait time was a bit long only because Dr Patel wanted to make sure i could see Dr Pifer as i had been working with her on my last visit. check in and check out was easy and painless. I came in feeling horrible and came out feeling hopeful. Thank you!
Dr. Chavda is very nice, patient and thorough. The appointment was very short and straight to the point and she answered any questions I had.
I was in and out in under 20 minutes.
The Doctor was thorough and professional.
LOVE Dr. Chavda!!!!!!
Dr. Patel was awesome. She was very professional, yet showed she cared. The office staff was very prompt with getting me triaged, and the doctor came in to the room not long after the triage was complete. The doctor listened to my concerns and acted immediately. The office was clean and organized. They have an onsite lab, which was very convenient as well. I will keep her as my primary doctor for sure!
Dr. Chavda is always wonderful. She asks many questions about your overall health or any symptoms to ensure that she has all available information. I feel so comfortable with her and always trust that I am in good hands.
Very thorough. Friendly and thoughtful always.
First appointment with this lady so not a lot to say. She was nice and her staff was friendly as well. My wait was around 30 minutes
Doc is great, but the office staff is most well-organized.
She was very nice took care of all my concerns
She is very kind and sincere and understanding and really wants what is best for the patient. It's really hard to find doctors that have the time to talk to a patient and get to know them. I will definitely refer her patients.
I have two concerns. 1. My daughter's appointment was at 10:15 and so I planned to arrive by 10:05. At 10:35, I alerted the receptionist that we were still waiting. We finally were called back by 10:45. The wait was extremely too long and the last several times we have come to see the doctor, the wait has been the same. 2. The waiting room is very noisy with the TV monitor constantly running through the sales pitch for all the cosmetic procedures that are now offered. When you're not feeling well, sitting in a quiet waiting room is much more preferred. Reading a book or magazine is not an option because the TV monitor is so loud and distracting. I also found the sales pitch videos for the cosmetic procedures very annoying. It should be our choice to listen to the sales pitch or not....but here in the waiting room, there is no way to get away from it. I'm actually considering changing doctors because of these two reasons.
I feel like Dr Chavda really took my concerns seriously and she let me say all that I needed to say. Most Doctors I've seen in DFW herd their patients like cattle, but I didn't feel any of that with Dr Chavda. We discussed my main reason for coming in that day, and also spoke about some other long term health goals. I have gone years without a PCP, but I think I've finally found someone that takes me seriously, and sees me like a human! Thanks Dr Chavda!
I had some difficulties with my insurance but the people on the desk were very helpful! Dr Chavda was lovely and made me feel very comfortable I would definitely return here.
Dr. Patel is great. All of my appointments with her have been smooth and pleasant.
She was very truthful and caring. She really helped me out with knowledge of what sickness I had. Shital is one of the best doctors I've had!!
very nice Rx was incomplete and pharmacy wouldnt fill it - so I called her @ home... she was so gracious & understanding. Nice person
She was very nice and professional, the office staff was great. The one thing i did not like was the Head Doctor loved this music that was god offal and they looked like they were a little back dated, they used a tone of paper when alot of other doctors i have used use a computer. Shes very nice but I don't think i would use her again.
Dr. Chavda was amazing. She talked through all of my medical history before diving into the reason for my office visit. She made me feel comfortable the entire time and listened to me. I never once felt like she was in a rush to leave the room.
Very nice, informative and she appears to be great at what she does.
Once again loved her!! Great bedside manner and answered any questions I had. I never felt rushed but still was in and out quick.
Great bedside manner! Talked me through everything and was very nice! She will definitely be my primary physician from now on!
Very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional
She is very courteous, nice to have a doctor that listens attentativley and gives you all the time you need to explain your problems.
Very professional and concerned about my health
Very good what medical personnel should provide.
The office person that great and handles the inital customer experience seemed to either not enjoy her job, human interaction, or was preoccupied. I say this because she didn't smile, make eye contact, and was monotone in her speech. This doesn't bother me since our interaction was short lived and not necessary for a good doctor's visit. It was strange as most receptionists are quite the opposite. I read another review that mentiomed this, and it is correct that new patients still have to complete a good bit of paperwork once in the office. This is redundant if one has done so already online. After getting over that hurdle, next comes the wait time which for me was about 45 minutes. Once I got called to the back the process was smooth and very well paced with little to no wait. The doctor and her nurse were courteous, friendly and professional. Both listened to all of my concerns and we're sure to provide information and resources for their resolution. The doctor appeared to be concerned about my overall health and well being. I would recommend her to anyone that doesn't mind waiting a bit after their scheduled appointment.
My experience was great!
After filling out numerous Zoc doc forms on line, I had to fill out a pile of paper work at the office too. Redundant and time consuming.
Doctor was great! Front office staff was average.
