Never in my 33 years of life have I ever been treated so amazingly by a physician. Dr. Shoshana was like a breath of fresh air. She asked all the right questions expressed sincere interest in my medical concerns and provided excellent care. I am truly happy and grateful for the wonderful care I received. My appointment was for cold symptoms. Nurse Koslowe saw me promptly. Was patient and a good listener. Did a thorough exam- listened to my lungs, looked in my throat/ears. Offered two different treatment options- giving me a choice to suit my level of comfortability. She was thorough and her care was comparable to that of a doctor in the same situation. I was able to book my appointment via Zocdoc the same day.

Everyone I encountered at the office was extremely kind, personable and helpful. I was able to share my concerns without feeling rushed / unnecessary and Dr. Shoshana listened with patience and a genuine desire to help me out. Results were not only emailed as soon as they were available, but Dr. Shoshana even called on an off-evening just to relieve any fears I had at that time with the possible results. Very sweet and thoughtful!

Shana is very patient. She took all the time we needed. Had she not taken so much time we would not have gotten to the bottom of the issue. She is very knowledgeable and inspires a lot of confidence. You know when you are with her that you are being properly cared for. I'd recommend her to anyone.

I was pleasantly surprised. I was a new patient and wanted to only see the dr but I couldn’t wait for his next availability. So I agreed to see the Physicians’ Assistant. Shana Koslowe was absolutely AMAZING!
She was extremely detailed with me. Shana listened intently and went over all my questions and addressed all my concerns. She did some extra tests to make sure we got to the bottom of my issue. I did NOT feel rushed at all, I felt she genuinely cared for my good health.
I would definitely see Shana again. She is experienced, professional and very knowledgeable - and overall, a kind person.

This is an incredible practice! Everyone in my neighborhood uses them and loves them. Shoshana is an incredible provider - she is a great listener and excellent diagnostician. I always walk out feeling that all of my concerns were addressed. If you are lucky enough to get an appointment, grab it!

TERRIBLE PRACTICE. Dr. Shoshana is a nice person but did not provide the service needed and when I received a bill I called the practice to know why I getting billed while I did not receive any needed service, another doctor spoke to me on the phone in a very rude unacceptable way and hung up the phone after saying “don’t come here ever again”!!!

I had been struggling with a stomach virus for almost a week when I saw Shoshana. I figured it was viral but became concerned when I lost significant weight over a two day period. Shoshana spent a great deal of time with me, asked questions, took notes, vitals, etc. She explained to me that what I had was, in fact, most likely viral but said we should talk in a couple of days to make sure I was feeling better and to determine if we needed to take additional steps to confirm if it might be bacterial. She had felt it was premature to do anything additional on that first visit. Fortunately, I did what she asked as far as eating and hydrating and started to feel better the next day. I called the office to speak with her and was able to get her on the phone immediately. She was pleased with my progress and told me to continue doing what I had been doing.
All I can say is I would not hesitate to see Shoshana Koslowe again. Great bedside manner, easy to talk to, and very thorough. I definitely felt I was given great medical care by seeing her.
