Dr. Goyal earned her undergraduate degree from Duke University. She received her Doctor of Medicine from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Medicine. She completed an Internal Medicine Residency at Northwell Health, followed by a Hematology/Oncology Fellowship at Northwell Health Cancer Institute, where she served as Chief Fellow. Dr. Goyal has various research experience and has written numerous publications in gastrointestinal malignancies. She is fluent in English and Hindi.

TLDR: Sought care for hematology. Bizarre first visit, was put into labs before even speaking to a single person about my condition, waited 45+ minutes, saw an AWFUL fellow doctor that has a lot to learn about bedside manner.
The good: front desk, people in the blood lab - friendly and great.
The OK: Dr. Goyal was fine. Brief encounter. Weird statement pushing a follow-up appointment "otherwise you would just come once for labs and never come back."
The bad: They had a fellow (doctor) come in and she was just awful. I came in for a specific issue and she kept pushing completely irrelevant things.
She then kept referring to some diagnostics by a completely different marker. She then kept telling me the cause of my issue was something I clearly said was not a symptom and had attitude because I asked questions and reminded her I didn’t have the symptoms she kept bringing up.

Both the PA and doctor Goyal demonstrated excellent communication skills—definitely a 10 out of 10. They clearly explained everything that was being done, which made the whole experience comfortable and easy to understand.

My experience at this office was more than exceptional. The front desk staff was very professional, pleasant and helpful. Although my appointment didn't appear on their schedule, they were still willing to see me. Dr. Goyal was very professional, kind, and very understanding. She took her time to explain to me all the details about my visit, next appointments, and what I could expect next. Overall the ENTIRE staff was a pleasure to be around. Oh, and I cannot forget the ladies in the blood work department. They were a pleasure, all of them. I would recommend this office, staff, and Dr. Goyal to my friends and family.

Great office. They did a blood draw before my appointing and ran a round of prelim labs before the doctor came to see so she consider my results while she listened to my symptoms. I was checked in, my blood was drawn, prelim labs run, vitals, and the actual doctors appointment all in under an hours. Dr. Goyal listened, asked follow up questions, explained all the causes she had considered and why/how she eliminated certain possibilities, and gave me a solid follow up plan. She was great. Highly recommend.
