“Dr. Sierra seemed a bit intimidating at first but after speaking with them, I was a lot calmer. They were honest with me and was professional all around. Office is very clean and staff was super nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend!! ”

They had to keep calling me about the same information I provided to other people from the office. A little annoying. I also felt the doctor really didn't care to listen about my issues. The patient she interacted with beforehand definitely had the opposite reaction than I did so she may be warmer to reoccurring patients it seems?

The PA was fine but information about the office wasn't consistent. For example, the address on ZocDoc and on confirmation emails was wrong. The clinic that the office administrator sent me to for walk-in Xrays no longer does walk-in appointments. Furthermore, it turns out that the office is only open in NYC on Fridays.

Had a great experience. Staff was great & pleasant. Providers reveiwed my questionaire & asked questioned regarding injury. They explained their findings, & recommendations. They made it easy to understand. Definitely recommend

I had a great experience here. The staff was so welcoming and informed. The doctor and his physician assistant, Siara, are knowledgable and down to earth and took the time to help me understand as well as make me feel comfortable during my visit. I would recommend this office to anyone!

Siara was very knowledgable and professional. I was very nervous as I had seen two other orthopedic practices however, Siara put me at ease right away. I could not have asked for a better experience. I would recommend Siara and City Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine to both my family and fellow athletes.
