About Dr. Sibyl Bence
I Always Wanted to Help People
Since I was 10 years old, I knew I wanted to be a doctor. I thrive from helping others. With an early fascination with the human body and growing up surrounded by chiropractic, you’d think it was a natural choice. For some time, however, I considered being a surgeon. When I realized medical school didn’t align with my beliefs, I changed my mind. Working for my dad as a chiropractic assistant allowed me to see the life-altering results chiropractic offered, and I wanted to play a part in that role.
My Passion for Full Family Care
After much prayer and thought, I enrolled at Life University, earning my Doctor of Chiropractic. While there, I began taking courses on pediatric chiropractic. I’ve always had a passion for children. Coming from a family of eight kids, it seems natural to focus on pediatric care. Two of my sisters were born with special needs, so I have a passion for helping children with those challenges, too. I completed my internship at one of the largest pediatric clinics in Illinois, giving me invaluable experience.
I’m certified in the Webster Technique for prenatal patients and am a supporting member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. I’m also certified in Activator Methods®, which is a gentle, instrument-based technique.
It is my mission to provide high-quality, life-changing chiropractic care to families and children in my community.

Dr. Sibyl actually listened to me explain my issues (unlike the primary doctor I had seen telling me “it was all in my head”), and came up with a proactive plan to help relieve my symptoms. Very happy so far after almost 1 week with her.
